CHECK-IN

• Check-in time: 4:00 PM

• Access instructions will be provided prior to arrival.

• Please ensure all guests comply with occupancy limits and house rules.

CHECK-OUT

• Check-out time: 10:00 AM

Before departing, please:

• Remove all trash from the house.

• Place trash in the exterior garbage containers.

• Start the dishwasher if used.

• Return beach badges to their designated location.

• Lock all doors and windows.

• Turn off lights and appliances.

HOUSE RULES

• No parties or events.

• Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.

• Maximum occupancy is limited to the number of guests included in the reservation.

• No smoking inside the property.

• Please respect our neighbors and the residential nature of the community.

PARKING

• Parking is available on the property.

• Please do not block neighboring driveways or access points.

• Guests are responsible for complying with all local parking regulations.

GARBAGE & RECYCLING

Please help us keep the property and neighborhood clean.

• Garbage pickup for this property is Tuesday and Friday.

• Place garbage containers curbside after 7:00 PM the evening before collection.

• Please use the provided garbage containers and ensure lids are securely closed.

• Do not leave loose trash bags outside containers, as birds and animals can quickly create a mess.

• If pickup occurs during your stay, we appreciate guests returning the containers to the side of the house after collection.

• Before checkout, please remove all household trash and place it in the exterior containers.

• If containers are already at the curb when you arrive, please leave them there for scheduled collection.

BEACH BADGES

• Beach badges are provided for guest use.

• Please return all badges prior to departure and place on kitchen table.

• Lost badges may be subject to replacement charges.

KAYAKS

• Guests must be 18 years of age or older to use the kayaks.

• No person under the age of 18 may operate or use the kayaks.

• A signed waiver is required before kayak use.

• Life jackets must be worn at all times.

• Use of kayaks is at your own risk.

• Weather and water conditions should always be evaluated before launching.

• Guests are responsible for returning all equipment to its designated location after use.
